Does acupuncture delay periods?

Jessica had been looking forward to her period for weeks. She was sure it would arrive any day now, but still nothing. She had already tried every home remedy she could think of and nothing seemed to work. Frustrated and desperate, Jessica decided to try a different approach - acupuncture.

She made an appointment with the local acupuncturist who told her that acupuncture could be used to delay periods if necessary. The procedure involved inserting tiny needles into specific points on the body in order to redirect energy flow and stimulate healing within the body.

Although Jessica was hesitant at first, she decided to give it a shot - after all, what did she have to lose? So she laid down on the table as instructed by the acupuncturist and allowed him access to insert needles into certain areas of her body. To her surprise, when he finished up his treatment session just a few minutes later, Jessica felt completely relaxed and energized!

The next day came around without any sign of her period yet again; however this time there was no denying that something had changed within her body - not only did she feel physically invigorated but also mentally clear-headed too! Sure enough over another couple days passed until finally one morning Jessica woke up feeling slightly nauseous – right on cue! Her period arrived exactly when it should have done so thanks in part (at least in part) due to some alternative medicine intervention via acupuncture!

From then on out whenever Jessica found herself feeling anxious or overly stressed about anything health related (including periods!), she knew just where turn - back into that cozy chair at the acupuncturists office for some much needed relief!
