Yes, endoscopy can detect cancer. Endoscopy is a procedure that uses a thin tube with a light and camera on the end, known as an endoscope, to look inside the body. Endoscopic procedures can help diagnose tumors or other abnormalities in organs such as the intestines, stomach, esophagus, liver and pancreas.
