Fasting for 8 to 10 hours before sample collection is usually advised, because blood sugar, insulin and cholesterol results are affected by food. Plain water is allowed. A trained phlebotomist collects your sample at home at a time you choose. The sample is processed at a NABL certified partner lab, and your report is shared digitally within 48 to 72 hours. If any value falls outside the reference range, you can consult a doctor online to understand what it means.
