Wonderful experience!! The staff and Dr. Jyoti Bali were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Jyoti really took her time to explain our condition as well as the treatment options. We had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put us at ease, so I highly recommend BabySoon IVF clinic! 👍🏻

Not helpful, they charged me 2000 for ultrasound and ask me do some tests and I did that which cost me 5500/- i informed them that I won't be available in Delhi because I'm going to Prayagraj Uttar Pradesh and they said they will tell me about my test on WhatsApp and I have to share my report. Now they aren't responding on my messages and ask me to visit one more time. unfriendly staff, not helpful

I needed a travellers note and I had called them prior to confirm the procedure and the charges .
The second i reached they said to do ultrasound which was in another location and then eventually took 500 apart from the consultation and registration fees for just printing out a travellers note. This is something I have seen people do with NRIs even though I had spoken to them before coming but no one will tell you anything till you come and then bill you someway or the other.
Apparently receptionist doesnt know all these rules and procedures well then TRAIN them and provide complete information to someone who is coming so they can make the right decision. * ** plus wasted my time to go back and forth to do ultrasound and get reports.

Finally..!!! After almost 2 years of trying naturally we found BabySoon IVF online.. i typed “best IVF centre in Delhi” and there i found BabySoon IVF and indeed it turned out to be the best for us.
