** After good 8 years of my marriage, I am blessed to have twin babies after my IVF treatment done at MAX Hospital Patparganj. ** * , always polite with patients and really helpful in making us understand the whole procedure. I still can't forget the day when I heard from her --"Its Positive". Thankyou so much doctor.

I was worried about ivf procedure but once i met with Dr. Surveen and explained my issues & she diagnose us very genuinely and gives treatment for our problem

* ** ** ** ** ** After extensive investigations, an endometrial biopsy, medications and the transfer of our last two frozen embryos, We understand that IVF success cannot be guaranteed. However, when we met the doctor seeking clarity, we felt that our concerns were not adequately addressed beyond being told that outcomes depend on several factors, including chance. ** ** ** ** ** My wife also requested an internal examination, but this was not performed, and we felt the reason was not adequately explained. The following day, she personally sent the doctor a WhatsApp message with a photograph of the bruising, asking whether it was normal or concerning. Unfortunately, we received no response. ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** **

Cancelled the appointment and asked her to visit her the next day. Next day, we went to the hospital, she asked us to take a new appointment and cancel the existing one. Worse - She doesn't gets herself involved at all. Everything is to be done through the receptionist. When we were trying to clarify, she didn't even listen to us, not even looked at us, not even at the receptionist. Just looked at the printout of our booking, made a face and then instructed the receptionist to tell us to re-do the booking. Moreover, a staff person told us that she frequently reschedules her appointments unless she has ample patient on a day. ** ** ** ** * **

I came to under Dr surveen when I got married to 13 years and mostly 4 to 5 times IVF faliure. we came faliure in CMC THIS hospital very famous in India. I came and same day t Frist visit and do tretement for IVF.so in Frist time under Dr Surveen my wife has been pregnent. and gt twine daughter. many many thanks to Dr Surveen and hr team

Very mean and non empathatic doc, i visited her and spoke to her about the cost of ivf and she gave a rough without explaining anything. ** ** ** ** * * **
