Dr. Ashok Sarin

Harsh Vardhan Singh ,Age 74 years , Male , Indian, June 2026 First time I consulted Dr Ashok Kumar Sarin in August 2024 for CKD ( Protene in Urine). Then my weight was 85 Kg , and I was on Medicine for BP , Diabities , high collestrol & Triglyseride , BPH ,Taking Blood thinner ,Medicin for raised uric Acid & Multiple tablets for vitamin D , B 12 & pain relivers occasionally. I was also having initial issue of fatty lever . My treatment started with changes in Medicine for BP, Diabetes, cholesterol /Triglyceride & Uric Acid and was adviced Strict Diet control Like No Sweet , Rice ,Butter , Ghee etc & increse in Plant Protene to 70 gm per day, low salt intake & to reduce weight by 10-15 Kg. All vitamin supplements were also discontinued . My weight reduced progressly by 5 KG in 5 months and 10 Kg in 10-11 months . Cholesterol, Uric Acid & Triglyceride reduced and medicines discontinued . At the end of 14-15 month diabetes got fully controlled and Medicin for it ,which I was taking for more than 20 years ,was also discontined and Hb1Ac is now within 5.8 for last 7-8 months . Now I take medicins only for BP & BPH for last 5-6 months . 2 years back I used to feel like a sick person of 72 years and now I feel like a person of 74 years enjoying good health. I and my family members feel indebted to Dr Ashok Kumar Sarin and I have a great great respect for him Who is very highly qualified and for his Medical Capabilities , & Vast experience in treatment of not only Nephrology issues but any & all type of life style diseases .May god bless him .

My father has been suffering from CKD( Chronic Kidney disease) from last 2 years. I live in Chicago(USA), being away from my parents was very disheartening to see his kidney numbers going bad.
