During my initial visit to BDP Dwarka, I was highly satisfied with the skilled professionals and state-of-the-art equipment at the clinic. I have been under Dr. Srishti's care for three years now, and I appreciate the quality treatment provided within a reasonable budget, which is often hard to find elsewhere. Recently, I came in for a specific treatment expecting it to cost over ₹3000, but to my surprise, it was completed for only ₹2000. The clinic provides a wide range of services, from regular check-ups to advanced treatments. Appointment management system is not at all in place. Inspite of reaching 5 mins before the appointed time, had to wait for minimum 45 minutes. Yesterday, we had an prior appointment of 6:15 pm just to take already made retainer from Dr. Srishti's cabin. For this 30 seconds task, we were allowed to meet Dr. Srishti at 7:05 pm. I had requested lady at the reception but she was insensitive towards such requests and time management. Hope this issue of appointment management will be taken care of. Thanks. The Doctor was very patient with me and explained everything to me so I would understand, she made sure I was satisfied and also made sure to explain everything she did so I didn’t feel uncomfortable. I am happy with the kindness she gave and also the treatment.

For doctor Shristi Bhatia : I visited for my daughter’s teeth alignment. I have been visiting from last one year twice a month on appointment as per medical procedure for teeth alignment. First of all thanks to Doctors and all the staff for such a good work. All the staff have good experience and very good in nature. Attend patients in a very nice way even I was late on my second visit bt they started treatment in just 15 minutes when I have reached. I am satisfied by their work.
