Doctor does not have any concept of appointment ** ** Though appointment was for 11:30, I was waiting till 12 and still receptionist told me that she can't tell how much time it may take. Due to urgent personal work, I requested: A. for returning my file for coming later on B. telling approximate wait so that I can go back and come back again. None of above was accepted and a sort of misbehaving done by calling my son's, daughter in law's and my husband's names.
