disappointing and concerning experience. My elderly parents traveled 250 km to consult Dr. Shankar Basandani for a spine/disc issue. After paying the ₹700 consultation fee, the interaction lasted less than 5 minutes. The patient suffering from acute disc pain was not even examined or asked to sit on the examination table.
