I have consulted for my lower spine disc bulge. Earlier I have advised for surgery by a spine surgeon in Africa. Someone have suggest me for Dr Vivek Vaid. I came here for surgery but when Dr Vaid examined me, he advised me for physiotherapy and some exercise and told that I was not required surgery.
