Dr. Ravishankar Bhat

My brother was in a very very critical stage 2 months ago due to pancreatitis. He suffered with severe stomach pain, nausea and unable to drink water also. He was at the stage of a life risk. Dr RaviShankar Bhat and Dr Prasanna clearly explained the problem and suggested surgery. Initially, we took second opinion with other doctors and everyone said his condition is very critical and surgery is mandatory. But the way Dr. Ravishankar treated my brother ......... giving him and us (family) the courage and strength to take such a critical surgery is really really commendable. He answered all our questions patiently and gave us the right hope. Today my brother is out of that suffering and is recovering. I strongly recommend Dr. Ravi Shankar Bhat. He is definitely an asset to Apollo and a boon to patients with similar problems.

We consulted Dr. Ravishankar bhat Sir when my mom had sudden weakness and blood in the stool. He promptly diagnosed and suggested to take tests that are only required. Post that, it turned out that, there was a tumor in the deodenum which had to be operated. Doctor made sure that the surgery was simple. In fact, post surgery my mother moved to the ward directly from OT observation without even going to ICU for further monitoring since she was stable. He also followed a protocol post surgery which helped my mother recover at ease with no post surgery issues. I highly recommend Dr. Ravishankar Bhat Sir. He is very humble and answered all our questions with great patience during the whole process.

Visited For Blood in stool problem Doctor was very friendly and made me relax and comfortable. He observed the affected area with an instrument. Told me what my problem was and gave me detailed step by step instructions on how to take medicines for a week. After taking medicines for 3 days the blood is not appearing in stool. would like to recommend this doctors for Blood in stool problem(anal fissure).

The clinic is maintained extremely clean and hygienic. Spacious and Air-conditioned waiting room big enough to maintain social distancing. Doctor was extremely polite and professional. I had minor surgery for gallstone on February 6-2-2020 in apollo hospitals Bangalore . Gall bladder was removed . This surgery was performed by Mr.Dr. Ravishankar Bhat B. After surgery I use to get horrible pain near the belly button . When I asked him about this he said just ignore the pain. After two months hernia developed in the same area. I went to the doctor again. ** ** ** ** * ** ** But when I went him the next week after surgery. He gave me some medicine for 28 days. I was continuing the treatment for about 3 months. ** Now he is asking me to go for another surgery . * ** ** ** *

After reading good reviews in Practo I visited this doctor in Apollo hospital, Bangalroe. Doctor was friendly in talking. However, when I asked the reason behind the ailment, ** Instead, he said, "even though I explain you don't understand". In this day and age, internet is the king, who don't understand and research? Moreover, doctors capabilities lie in explaining complex issues in simple terms that can be understood by common people. He didn't even talk to me properly. After examining for 2 minutes, he prescribed medicine worth of Rs.2500 and tests worth of Rs.8000. After I got my reports, he asked me to contact his secretary. I sent all reports to the secretary - I don't know whether he checked with the doctor or not. He told me that doctor asked me to convey that all the reports are normal. I have a few questions: - If my problem was simple, why did the doctor prescribe 2.5 k worth medicine? - ** ** ** ** * * I felt it's absolute no value for paisa. I don't recommend this doctor to anyone.
