Sir, your hospital was very good and clean ,and also you and your treatment is good and marvelous .But reception is not good my appointment was 9.30 am , now 12.00 pm!!!!!!!!!!! 2.30 hr still waiting in your hospital why are this much delay ???? Pleas try to understand our time also . Kindly fix appointment in between one hour . The reception guy was not friendly , every time he will speck in order type patients are your costumer .If that costumer is not coming your hospital will degroth . I m taking advice from Mr.Yogiraj ,one of the most experienced skin specialist in India for my daughter who is 10 yrs old now from 2018.When we first arrived in this clinic with a heavy mind.My kid has a white mark in her lips corner.We are frightened because if it spread what we will do.But Sir give us right advice and medicine.He said that it will take time because she is small ,we can't give her heavy medicine.Now the treatment is continuing ,but we are satisfied because it is almost 80% ok now.For skin related treatment miracle never happens.We have to wait patiently.

Dr. Is very Noble person, around 20 years back I have the same problem, was treated and cured. This time I must see the very same Dr itself. The appointment system must reschedule. I have appointment at 5.30 hrs.and I asked for little bit early, the staff suggested to come early, may see the Dr. I reported at 5.00 o clock. Unfortunately I waited up 7.15 hrs to see the Dr. I wanted to see the Dr only, I patiently waited. Otherwise I will go somewhere, as I have another meeting. SIGGESTION: PLEASE GIVE APPOINTMENT ACCORDINGLY ( MRANS - JUDICIOUSLY) REGARDS.

He takes time for his patients..treatment according to blood tests helps more... I'm from mumbai visiting kerala so if I have doubts he even pics up our phone.. I'm Yogiraj sir patient since few months now..it been great improvement so far...my only worry is because its allopathic treatment I donno what is the side effects or for how long it'll work...but so far so good. Will highly recommend...my skin has never been so clean n clear. All thanks to God to help me find him and also make it work.

I got an appointment by 5.50 and reached on exact time . but the appointment was canceled abrumbly by the hospital authorities saying that the doctor has to attend a social function . We teavelled more than 4 hours one way from Thiruvalla to Trivandrum with my six year daughter only to meet Dr.Yogiraj. I stayed there till 7.15 PM with the intension to meet the doctor. But they denied the appointment . But the doctor was there till that time but I was not able to meet the doctor even though I have a confirmed appointment on 5.50 PM. I WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED.

Appointment was taken for 5:30pm and after waiting till 8:00pm I had to ask the reception desk to change to another doctor as there was no signs of meeting the doctor any time soon. Poor management. The staff is not at all friendly and is very rude even with elderly people. They think that we are at their mercy.I would not recommend this place to anyone else. Please consult dermatologists in other hospitals. Note to the staff at YCDC: Dont judge or underestimate the people who come to meet the doctors.
