* ** ** ** ** I took appointment of Dr Deepti. She is a very friendly kind of person who tends to lighten up a situation. I was so concerned about my skin issues and she made me realize as if i happens to everyone. She suggested medicines along with treatment. Usually when i go to a dermatologist if they couldn't cure something, they would immediately recommend doing treatments, in her case she would give us options to think about it.
I'm a regular customer but i do feel like the waiting time is too much even of we reach there on time. I try to reach there earlier because of that only. Everytime it takes atleast half an hr to meet the doctor. I took 4.45pm appointment and reached there on time but went to see the doctor at 5.30pm. This time it was less compared to what i thought. However, the doctors are rellay good there, which is the reason why everyone likes to go there.
In case of money, if you consults a doctor regularly and if that doctor is not available then again they would take new consultation fees as if you are going there for the first time. I would say the consultation charge is a bit high

Doctor and staff were friendly and knowledgeable to understand patients problems and give instant solutions. We have visited YCDC before and treatment was found effective. Keep up good work and best wishes..

Doctor's response towards my treatment was fast and precise. Overall nice experience. Another notable thing is Well arranged process and smooth cordination between staffs & the Doctor.

During my consultation I was advised to have multiple blood investigations, including blood count, liver and kidney function, blood sugar and thyroid tests, ** ** ** I was also directed towards products available through the clinic.
My main concern was that I did not feel I received enough explanation about why each investigation or product was being recommended, which ones were essential, or what alternatives were available.
Based on my experience, I would advise patients to ask what each recommended test ** ** ** ** ** **
