I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with her professionalism, expertise, and compassion. From the moment we walked into her office, she made us feel welcomed and at ease, answering all of our questions and concerns with patience and kindness. I can confidently say that she has been providing the best care possible. The staff is really very friendly, welcoming and cooperative. Doctor is extremely professional and knowledgeable and the operation was performed by her with great care, skill and precision and the results have been truly amazing. Doctor is incredibly kind and understanding and takes the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and post-operative care, making sure that I fully understood everything clearly and answers all questions promptly and ensures that i am recovering well...we are grateful for the accurate prescription and eye drops and amazing follow-up post operative care that she provided....we are very impressed with the level of care and attention we received by Dr. Pratima Wagh and her team and to have found such a skilled and caring compassionate doctor. I visited to get my eyes checked at Vision eye care, literally loved the way I was examined and honest advice was given post complete diagnosis. Especially big thanks to Dr. Pratima Wagh who told me about good diet and educated me about some vitamins * ** ** ** she well explained the side effects of those vitamins.
