I have already raised request for refund as I am totally dissatisfied with the doctors approach and treatment. 1st Doctor was late by 20 minutes* ** ** ** avoided connecting on video and then conceted for less than 1 minute. Did not even properly evaluate condition and gave some random prescription ** ** Only upon me proactively providing probable reasons was she answering on chat. We had to call another doctor for a consultation and right evaly. * ** ** ** ** **
