One of the best homemade medicines for a nose block is to create a steam inhalation. This home remedy is great for loosening up congested nasal passages and can be done in the comfort of your own home.
To do this, fill a bowl with hot water and add some herbs or oils such as eucalyptus oil, peppermint oil, rosemary oil, or chamomile flowers. Place your head over the bowl with a towel draped over it to keep the steam from escaping. Inhale the steam through your nose for 5-10 minutes. You should start feeling better after just one session!
Another great remedy for clearing up blocked noses is using saline solution or saltwater rinse (also known as neti pot). Doing a saltwater rinse involves gently pouring warm sterile or distilled water into one nostril and letting it flow out of the other nostril. This helps clear away mucus from within nasal passageways and reduces congestion by flushing out all irritants and allergens that can cause inflammation inside our nasal cavities.
Finally, consuming foods rich in vitamin C may also help treat common colds that could be causing you congestion in yournasal passages since vitamin C increases white blood cells which fight off infections more effectively than other types of cells in our bodies do! To achieve this it’s recommended to increase consumption of fruits like oranges, limes, lemons; vegetables like spinach kale; herbs such as rosemary oregano; nuts & seeds such as almonds walnuts; legumes including kidney beans chickpeas; spices including turmeric cayenne pepper among many others high on vitamin C content - these are sure to have you breathing easier soon enough!
