Alice had been looking forward to the hysterectomy for months. After years of debilitating pain, she was finally going to be free from it. She felt a sense of relief when it was all over and made sure to take all the necessary precautions post-surgery in order to ensure that everything went smoothly.

But several years later, Alice began experiencing strange symptoms - most notably, bleeding from her abdomen after strenuous exercise or even just standing up too quickly. This happened on multiple occasions and scared Alice out of her wits each time, as it was not something she expected after having undergone a hysterectomy several years ago.

Worried about what could be causing this, Alice decided to visit her doctor for further investigation. After running some tests and doing an ultrasound scan, the doctor concluded that there were two probable causes for this recurring bleeding: firstly, scar tissue from the surgery may have caused adhesions which can cause internal bleeding; secondly, if any endometrial tissue remained in Alice's body after the procedure then it could also lead to excessive blood loss due to hormonal imbalances caused by ovulation or menstruation cycles still happening internally but without external signs like periods occurring anymore.

The only way for them both figure out exactly what is wrong with Alice would be through exploratory laparoscopy – a minor surgical procedure where small incisions are made into your abdomen area so that doctors can inspect inside your abdominal cavity better and see if they can identify any potential issues such as abnormal growths or infections etcetera that might explain why these episodes of bleeding keep occurring every now and then despite previously undergoing hysterectomy many years ago.. Taking into consideration all possible risks associated with such a procedure along with its benefits; under close medical supervision –Alice eventually decided go ahead with it.. By removing whatever tissues remain within her uterus no matter how small they might be–the risk posed by persistent menstrual cycles will disappear completely once removed..  As luck would have it however; during their exploration—it turned out there wasn't anything problematic found at all! It simply came down being overly cautious which meant nothing else needed done! With no underlying problems causing these random episodes of bleeds—all need do anymore was relax & enjoy life again!
