Armpit lumps are small bumps or cysts that occur in the armpits. They can range in size from tiny pimples to larger, pea-size lumps. There are many potential causes for armpit lumps, including infection, inflammation, and even cancer in some cases. It's important to see your doctor if you develop an unexplained lump in your armpit so they can determine the underlying cause and provide treatment accordingly.

Common causes of armpit lumps include ingrown hairs, swollen lymph nodes due to an infection (such as a cold or flu), cysts resulting from blocked sweat glands, lipomas - collections of fat cells beneath the skin - and cystic acne related to clogged hair follicles. Treatments vary depending on what is causing the lump but may include over-the-counter pain medications for temporary relief along with other options such as antibiotics if there is an infection present. In cases where surgery is required to remove a lump or tumor it may be necessary depending on its size and location within the body tissue near the armpit area.

For minor bumps caused by dehydration or clogged pores underarm packs can be used at home using products containing clay powder mixed with water and then applied directly onto the affected areas for 15 minutes until it dries up completely before washing off slowly with cold water followed by patting dry gently with a clean cloth/towel afterwards.. Additionally there have been reported success stories involving natural remedies such as tea tree oil, aloe vera gel mix turmeric paste which have been known effective home remedies for treating sebaceous cysts underarms when left overnight several nights consecutively according to anecdotal evidence found online through research studies both professional & unverified sources alike!
