It depends. Having a normal EKG and echocardiogram does not definitively rule out cardiovascular disease, as these tests are only able to detect certain conditions or abnormalities. Other tests such as stress testing, blood work, chest x-rays and other advanced imaging may be necessary to determine if your heart is truly in good condition.
