Unfortunately, it is not recommended that you try to get a fever quickly. Instead, the best course of action would be to let your body do its own work. That being said, there are some things that can help your body naturally raise its temperature and potentially lead to a fever.
First off, if you’re feeling sick already or have recently been exposed to someone with an infection, then chances are good that your immune system has kicked into gear and is fighting back against whatever virus you might have come in contact with. A fever (or increase in core body temperature) is often one of the symptoms of this response as it helps our bodies combat pathogens more effectively. Allowing yourself plenty of rest and fluids may help your immune system maximize its efforts to fight off any infections so a fever could result naturally from simply giving your body time and what it needs for recovery.
If you’d like something more tangible (although not necessarily recommended), exercise can also be helpful for inducing a mild rise in temperature. When we exercise vigorously we build heat through muscles contracting repeatedly and increasing metabolism levels- so moderate physical activity such as jogging or even yoga has been known to bring on fevers when coupled with other illnesses or depleted immunity systems due to long term stressors or prolonged periods without adequate nutrition/rest/activity etc.. Additionally, some people report taking hot baths; however there isn't much research on how effective this really is. It's important here though to remember safety first - know your limits when engaging in physical activities & keep water intake up if taking hot baths!
Again - it's generally not recommended trying deliberately cause yourself a fever since viral infections tend can potentially take severe turns for the worse depending on many factors (including individual health). If feeling unwell already: rest & hydration should always be prioritized over all else!
