Very disappointing experience. The doctor did not examine my hair/scalp properly and seemed rushed during the consultation. My concerns were not listened to carefully, and I did not receive a clear explanation of the problem or treatment plan. I expected a more thorough and professional evaluation

It will be nicer if the doctor starts explaining more about the problem and solutions by himself rather than the patient doing his work. Only after checking the basic things he didn't say anything about the problem even after being asked continuously. As far as medications, not much improvement has shown. The staff wasn't friendly as well.
