Visited Dr. Vinay to know if my father had melena. We got some tests done per doctor's advice. He gave us his whatsapp number as well so we could contact him in case of any confusion. Satisfied with his treatment.

I called up the hospital and the lady said that she will get back to me in regards to appointment with Dr. Vinay after asking him but I never heard back from her. Lack of communication. Instead I called them for thrice. I was in deep pain with my Fissure. No comments for Dr. Vinay as never met him. This feedback is for hospital. Don't do it again with any other patient. Be loyal with ur Job. Or else the same day will come in ur life too and then you have to regret.
