My experience with the doctor was good overall. However, I did not feel that everything was clearly explained to me during the consultation.

The doctor was good but seemed to be in a hurry and did not spend enough time interacting or answering questions, especially about my baby's condition. I expected more time and attention during the consultation.

The doctor was very good and explained everything clearly. We have been visiting him for five to six years and have had a consistently positive experience. The clinic staff and wait times were also satisfactory, and I would recommend Dr. Vivekanand M.Kustagi to family and friends.

Clinic is overcrowded.. no place to wait with small child.. it's a token system, and when one patient is sent inside and is in discussion with doctor two more patients are simultaneously sent inside to save time.. so no one-to-one discussion.. doctor is over busy and assistants do most of the work.. i m not doubting ability of doctor but if one has to wait inside vehicle in hot sun for 2 hours for their turn would they want to consult again..?
