In May, I came to PainSmith Clinic for physiotherapy for my lumbar spine pain. Dr. Kritika carefully understood my condition and worked on it with great dedication. Gradually, I started recovering and began to feel much better. The strengthening exercises she introduced have significantly improved my strength, and I now feel much more energetic and active. I sincerely appreciate the care, expertise, and encouragement I received throughout my treatment. Thank you, Dr. Kritika and Dr. Shashank, for your excellent support and guidance. Dr. Kritika is very sweet and treats your pain gently. I was suffering from sciatica for few weeks. She was able to massively bring down the pain in a few sessions. * She was considerate about my fear of needles and didn’t push me for needle therapy. She patiently answers all questions and teaches exercises that help to bring strength back. She would regularly follow up on my status and suggest changes if required.

I visited Dr. Kritika for an ankle injury and I’m so glad I did. She took the time to understand my problem, explained the recovery process clearly, and guided me through exercises that were easy to follow but effective. What I really appreciated was her patience and encouragement during each session—it made the whole process much less stressful. My ankle has improved a lot, and I feel much more confident now. I visited Painsmith clinic for back pain and Dr. Kritika was very helpful. She suggested the right treatment and never pushed for additional sessions. She was very patient in explaining the precautions to be taken and also very patiently listened to my concerns as well. I have taken one session of physio for back pain and my pain subsided within a couple of days. I found her to be very polite, professional and helpful. Dr Kritika visits my mother at home for knee pain Physiotherapy. She brings Ultrasound machine, IFT machine and exercise equipments like theraband and dumbbells to our home. She has reasonable fees and gives proper time to my mother. The best thing I like about her is the dedication towards work. She has also suggested me some exercises for my chronic back pain and it has helped me a lot.
