Dr. Rakesh Singh Jagat

My mother being a senior citizen is having some health ralated problems for which she in on medication for months but the complications are increasing and she was not satisfied with treatment she is getting. So i visited Dr. Rakesh Jagat with my mother. He examined my mother and checked all the previous health history and reports of my mother. His concerning attitude and the explaination of the disease and treatment to be given was valuable. I wish him more success in his career and must say a best Doctor and best person to visit .
