I’m truly grateful to Dr. Rajeev Arora, Dr. Kanika Gupta, and their coordinator Arzoo for making surgery journey at Max Healthcare so smooth and reassuring. A very special thanks to Dr. Kanika Gupta for being so humble, polite, compassionate, and professional. She performed my mother’s radical hysterectomy with care, and thankfully, her surgery was successful with minimal pain and a smooth recovery. I have been treated by Dr. Kanika Gupta when I had a complain of polyps in uterus. She has performed total hysterectomy surgery which I would term as HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL - thanks to my doctor's advice of undergoing latest robotic surgery. She counselled me with the benefits and explained that even though it is marginally expensive, the blood loss during the surgery and pain after it is very less. Now I am happy that I chose to undergo robotic surgery as I had spent only couple of days in the hospital and started my normal life soon after.

Dr Kanika did hysterectomy procedure on my grand mother. My grandma was fine but we are surprised to note that after surgery, the doctor thinks her responsibility is over. One two minutes visit she pays to the patient that too only formal. * ** ** I felt as a layman * ** . On 12April my grand ma had surgery. On 13th her oxygen level was first told by nurse as 77. When we asked ..so low,she took it again and said it is 87. My mother who was with me said.. call the doctor. The nurse say the other nurse accompanying her and said post surgery it happens. We tried to intervene and she said.. doctor will visit. This is the response. ** ** She is on ventilator. To our suprise the ICU is just a room where no proper log is maintained. ** no check from higher ups, no coordination, Its our observation that in ICUs of other hospitals no body is allowed to go with shoes. They sre provided special footwear. Here we are going in ICU with our footwear which we keep outside in our house. Dont go to this doctor ** * ** ** ** No one should visit this doctor. ** ** they are changing their own observations every day. For having certain general awareness on what is going around in the ICU, only oberservation is enough* ** ** ** * ** **

My mom undergone uterus hysterectomy by Robotic assisted Laparoscopic Surgery by Dr. Kanika Gupta. ** ** ** My mom initially had pain in lower abdomen and urine was irregular. When we went for checkup on the third day post operation her supporting doctor Dr. Sanjeev was very casual and said those are post operation pain. Later we went to AIG Hyderabad * ** She had presented my mom with unbearable pain ** ** Till day she is suffering.

** * My mom operated on 23rd January 2021, 1 stage of cervix cancer. Post surgery biopsy report is very good. Bad things I never recommend to anyone, she never console pateint, she doesn’t have patience, she never replied to msg/ or phone for any help, only care abt her fees., arrogant, no words. By all following protocols we obey her, trying to tell d symptoms. * ** ** ** on 21 June 2021 we go for second pet scan by our own, showed d reports to another different team same Max hospital.. we got my mom is now on last stage… when we reached her.. the first question asked why u go to different doctor… besides of concern about my mom. * ** ** * *

** ** * **. When I first met her I was full of anxiety and fear. Her polite behaviour and confidence made me to trust her for robotic surgery. My surgery was successful and on the very next morning I was able to use washroom myself and started walking in the hospital itself. I again would like to thank her for suggesting me robotics surgery which has fantastic and superb results. I would personally recommend robotic surgery to the needy patients done by Dr Kanika.
