I’m really grateful to have found Dr. Vasudha. She is extremely kind, patient, and understanding, and has a wonderful way of making you feel safe enough to open up. She gives you the space and time to process things, while also offering clear, thoughtful guidance and practical coping strategies. * ** she helps you look at situations from a different perspective without ever making you feel judged. I would genuinely recommend Dr. Vasudha to anyone dealing with anxiety, low moods, depression, or challenges in their personal or family life. A very compassionate and supportive therapist.

Although we had to wait about 30 minutes past our appointment time, I didn't mind once we got inside...she gives you her full attention and never makes you feel rushed. The progress we’ve seen is so worth the wait.!!

I visited ANC for HIT OCD Treatment - ma'am was very cool and she really helped me in my treatment. She handled me so well in every task. Whenever i felt any disgust during ERP she makes me do it so effortlessly and after that she really cools me down so well.
