Dr. Jyoti is very polite and listens patients attentively and ensures patient anxiety of the issues are taken care first and then she explains everything carefully. Dr Jyoti is not interested in responding to problems.After I tried to contact her for a follow up she didn't reply for a long time. I asked if she was interested in helping or no, after a long wait, she immediately replied saying - don't be rude. She called on my number immediately, and opened a conversation in a horrible tone. I wish she replied to my concerns in the chat so promptly.** ** ** ** unfriendly doctor.
