I sought individual therapy with Uma during a very difficult phase in my marriage. I was feeling emotionally overwhelmed, anxious, lost, and struggling to cope with my thoughts and feelings. I wanted support in understanding myself better and learning how to navigate my emotional state in a healthier way. Throughout the therapy process, Uma was calm, patient, and empathetic. She created a space where I felt comfortable expressing myself openly without feeling judged. Since I had a lot on my mind, I often spoke most of the time during the sessions, and she consistently listened with patience and understanding. Over time, therapy helped me regulate my emotions better, reflect on my thoughts more clearly, and approach situations with a different perspective. She helped me learn how to ask myself the right questions and understand that, with the right approach, I can consciously choose and control my actions. As a therapist, Uma came across as compassionate, composed, and understanding. Her calm presence made it easier for me to share difficult emotions honestly. I truly appreciate her empathy and the sense of safety she created during sessions. One area that could perhaps be improved is having a slightly more guided approach at times by asking more probing questions, especially when clients are overwhelmed and unsure how to process their thoughts. Overall, my experience with therapy was positive and helpful.

I have been Uma mam for almost for more than 6 months. She was careful and slow with me. I had a lot to say for a long time and she was a really right person for me at the wrong time. I really would recommend her. If only I had gone earlier to see her, I'd have been a little more finer. But its never too late. If you are someone who needs help, she is definitely a right person.
