Very bad experience. Today I went to Dr. Shilpita Banerjee at AMRI hospital, Mukundapur to show my wife's test report, it was the 9th day since my last visit. But she told me to pay fees otherwise she will not check the reports, she doesn't think about the patient side. She told "if I check the reports that will delayed other patients", but if I pay fees then it will not delayed others, * * ** ** I told her that everyone's financial situation is not that strong to pay the fees for showing the reports, ultimately she agreed to see the reports without fees but her secretary told at the bill desk that "he does not have money so make a zero bill". I really feel insulted with that sentence * ** * ** * Finally she checked the reports but I don't know if she checked those carefully or not because after completing the prescription I had to tell her about the deficiency of vitamin D, then she prescribed the medicine for that. I told my wife has little bit cough, she told consult with medicine doctor. I asked whether the urea level was ok? She told me to consult with an urologist. ** * ** * On my first visit Dr Shilpita Banerjee took at most 3 minutes for consultation and today she took at most 2 minutes to see the reports and I could not complete my query she called the next patient, like she did not want to listen to my queries. Considering my two days visit I strongly do not recommend this doctor.
