My experience with the doctor was really amazing. It felt more like a counseling session than just a consultation. The doctor motivated me, explained what I was doing wrong, and advised me on self-respect and stress management. Overall, I would rate the experience 4.5 out of 5 and found the assistant also very good.

The doctor did not advise any treatment after my consultation, and I felt the visit was straightforward. There was no further treatment required, and I am planning to visit for a complete body checkup if needed.

I was made to wait for 45 minutes because even though Dr Sharmila has appointments from 10am available on practo, she apparently only turns up at 11.30am. Once my appointment actually began, didn't explain anything and instead directly prescribed a battery of tests and sent me to the billing area where I was told this would cost twelve thousand rupees. She seems to have zero empathy ** ** Definitely do NOT go to this person if you are interested in family planning. The staff was very nice and did not seem too surprised when I mentioned she did this and didn't explain anything. The receptionist was very kind and told me I could skip a particular expensive test if I want, but I was no longer comfortable in using this doctor or Vydehi's services.

The doctor explained everything clearly during my visit. However, I was very dissatisfied with the long waiting time and the fact that the doctor was not initially available, and I was seen by an assistant until we complained. Overall, I would rate my experience as 3.5 out of 5.
