I had consulted Dr. Anamika to address OCD and anxiety related issues of a family member. Her approach and advise was very helpful. There has been immediate noticeable improvement in the situation. Her counselling and coping up techniques have calmed the patient and has been helpful to develop self management abilities.
We have been anxious about the situation as our loved one had repeated melt down though undergoing counselling earlier. Thanks to Dr. Anamika, such melt downs have not recurred.

Dr. Anamika effectively diagnoses the patient's condition, listens patiently, and develops an understanding of the patient's mindset. This helps her to effectively suggest solutions for the patient's wellbeing. I have been visiting her for a while now and have benefitted through her treatment and advice within a very short time. I would recommend her for anyone going through a similar problem. Thank you!

Working with Dr. Anamika over the past few months has been a great experience. As a first-timer in therapy, I really appreciated how comfortable she made the process. I especially value her flexible approach in exploring different techniques to see what fit me best. Highly recommended!

I've always been an ambivert - extroverted, when it comes to voicing most of my emotions, and feelings; and introverted in certain circumstances. It took me enough time to realise that I'd been actively ignoring a significant chunk of my childhood, as that part of my life doesn't have many happy memories that I could recall. I recently also understood that I'd started losing control of a few of my raging emotions, associating these most with events from the present day or an immediate past - that's what happens when the turbulent mind gets caught in the 'recency effect'.
Well, I never thought anyone would ever be able to help me out of this situation; more importantly, I never thought that I would be able to convince myself to seek help and share my life stories with a stranger sitting across the table.
Dr. Anamika Gupta was the first 'stranger' ever, forth whom I managed to do that - and boy did she help me ease in to the process. It was quite a revelation that 'making someone feel comfortable' doesn't always involve talking! At times it could look like a monologue - while the other person spends time listening, and absorbing. She invested enough time understanding everything that I was pouring out - showed me the right path to discovering all the emotions that I had unknowingly bottled up, and then accepting myself as a whole.
It's astounding how a gentle nudge can help a person uncover significant parts of their own lives, and how much of a productive impact could that emotional freedom have on the present, and the future.
I understand that the most challenging part of this discovery, and resolution, is the initiation - and I couldn't have thought of anyone better to help me sail through! Thanks again, doctor!

I have been visiting the doctor for loneliness and family related issues. The doctor is very kind, attentive and non-judgemental. She listens very attentively and not only gives you tools to deal with your problems but also tells you the reasons behind your thought process. She is a true professional and a scholar and makes you feel comfortable so that you can open up about what you are going through. I have seen a noticeable difference in my thought process and am better able to manage and deal with negative feelings. I am now able to catch my thoughts and able to talk myself out of any negative feelings or thinking.
