I will always be grateful to Dr. Achala for being there for me during one of the most emotional and unpredictable phases of my life. Mine was a high-risk pregnancy because of high PI levels. From the very beginning, at every appointment, she made sure I was mentally prepared for the possibilities, but at the same time reassured me that everything was going well. She never let the “high-risk” part of my pregnancy become a source of constant fear for me. At 30 weeks, my water suddenly broke on a Sunday. I immediately called her, and she asked me to come to the hospital and told me she was coming too. After examining me and confirming that there was an active leak, she calmly said, “Purvi, we need to do the needful.” I was obviously scared, but the moment I knew she was there, I felt strangely calm. * * ** I knew she would do everything she could to keep me and my baby safe. That feeling of trust is something I will never forget. Even inside the OT, she kept checking on me and making sure I was comfortable. When the anesthesia was being given, she helped me breathe through it and kept reassuring me. In those moments, when I was frightened and overwhelmed, her presence gave me so much strength. After delivery, she continued checking on me and my baby. Even now, she is just a call away whenever I have a concern. Being away from family during such a life-changing and stressful time, I feel incredibly lucky that I had a doctor who supported me not just medically, but emotionally as well. She never made me feel alone in my pregnancy, even when things suddenly became complicated. Dr. Achala, thank you for being my doctor, my reassurance, and the calm presence I needed when I was scared. I will always remember how safe you made me feel during one of the most important moments of my life. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who is not only excellent at what she does, but also genuinely caring, compassionate and emotionally supportive.

Dr. Achala KP is very kind and friendly with the patient. listens and understands the patient very well. she deals with the patient very politely. I will recommend her to anyone who's looking for maternity/pregnancy consultation and delivery.

Dr Achala helped me manage my gestational hypertension from week 27 and helped me deliver my baby in week 38. ** ** She has expertise in handling high risk cases and she takes all kinds of precaution for preventing any complications that could arise from any situation.

From pregnancy until delivery, the doctor took excellent care of us. She is very friendly, polite, and approachable. She explained everything in a language we were comfortable with, making it easy for us to understand. She was always available to respond to our calls and messages whenever we needed her help. She also provided valuable tips throughout the pregnancy and suggested a good diet plan. We are truly grateful for her care, guidance, and support throughout this beautiful journey. Highly recommended.

My experience with Dr. Achala K P was good. She clearly explained the problem and provided treatment for it. The waiting time was a bit long, and I think clearer communication about the next check-in would have improved the experience.
