I had visited Dr Mridula for my mother who is 68. She is diabetic and we wanted to go for a routine eye exam with fundoscopy for checking the retina. The doctor explained us everything and even suggested going for her eyeglasses power check once the blood sugar stabilises. She didn't ask us to go for additional tests etc.

The doctor was quite abrupt in cutting me off while I was speaking about my query. I was quite taken aback with the nature of conversation. A patient doesn’t approach a doctor for smiles and hugs during a conversation, but a doctor who can listen and is willing to listen to your concerns.
