DR. Prachi is very friendly but at the same time so invested into the patients problems which helps the patient to push their limits . There is a constant eye on whether the patient is performing the exercises correctly or not . Simple and easy exercises but the results are *. The trigger point therapy was the real cure where dr Prachi applied direct pressure on my back stiffness normalizing it and helping me get back to normal .
