I visited the Doctor a few months back for Ear Wax Removal. The doctor was very patient and explained the cause of the wax. He taught me what to do and what not to do. It was very helpful. Keeping this in mind, I went to visit the doctor today at Pro Med Clinic. I booked an appointment but had to wait for 30 minutes. I was ok with waiting but I went up to the receptionist and asked her how long would it take. For which she had a cold reply, 20 mins or more. I said ‘oh it would take another 20 mins’. She said ‘ we can’t limit the patient’s time. We can’t help it’. First of all I only wanted to know the wait time. She needn’t be cold and rude. Secondly I told told her that I would come back tomorrow then. She asked why, for which I said I have another appointment to attend to. She asked ‘ what appointment do you have?’ I said I have another appointment at home for some work. How can she ask why I want to leave and what appointment I have. I don’t have to give any details. I immediately left the hospital.

We went there for a recurring throat problem. The doctor took his time examining my son (the patient), and asked him a lot of questions. He also avoided too many medicines and asked us to take it only if other steps don't work. He was finally diagnosed with an allergy. Highly recommend!

The doctor was very good and experienced, explaining everything clearly. I think having a dedicated assistant for him would improve the experience since he is quite old. The clinic was reasonably good but could be more informative and have a better ambience.
