I had an excellent experience with Dr. Binu , Kerala dental care, Aluva ( the most trusted dentist in and around Ernakulam ) for my root canal treatment. He was extremely patient and took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which helped ease my anxiety. The treatment, including deep-root pus removal, was completely painless, and his precision and expertise were evident throughout. What truly stood out was his genuine care for each patient, ensuring comfort and confidence at every stage. I truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication. He is not commercial; he genuinely prioritizes his patients’ well-being over anything else which is why people like me travel all the way from north Kerala and come here to get the procedures done 😊🙏🏼 Highly recommend him to anyone in need of quality dental care!

Protocol put in place should have been explained at the time of booking itself. Since I have Saturday only, there was a waiting period of 2 weeks to get the booking. All personal engagements were put aside for the appointment. However, due to urgent call from office , there was a 20m delay, due to which the appointment ended in mere consultation and no treatment. A total loss of my precious time and effort in trying to rush to the clinic for my appointment. If the protocol was explained previously, I would have informed the clinic when it became clear that I would not reach the clinic on time, and sought alternative measures. To the doctor : kindly consider that we are not living in a place or time where everything goes as per plan. Putting off the treatment for another time because of a 20m delay is not proper.

* * I was quite nervous about getting my wisdom tooth removed, but he made the whole process so smooth. I honestly didn’t even realize the tooth had been taken out — that’s how gentle and skilled he was! He ensured there was no pain, and kept me completely relaxed throughout. Really thankful for his calm and professional approach.

My consultation and required dental procedures commenced with Dr Binu around 18 years ago. I live in USA. Whenever I visit India, whatever dental issues prevailing were successfully and with great satisfaction performed within the time frame agreed. His supporting staff also very friendly just like the doctor which lead to total satisfaction to the patient.
