Good response by doctor. Listen all the problem with time. Treatment is good. When I reach to check up the endoscopy patient is there in heavy nos. But doctor do both simultaneously with test and ops.

** not even providing contact no when he had fixed and not available in clinic also. Very response and misbehaviour also. Unsatisfied before endoscopy. No mean value for service charges. wastage of time.

** main problem is that patient management is extremely poor. Waited more than 5 hrs. As I am Keen observer I noticed that there is acute lack of consideration for elderly people and severely sick. Maybe the doctor's time is important but as a matter of fact others' time is important too. **
