I work in an IT company and my work involves sitting in front of the laptop and so I suffered severe neck pain also I developed a very bad posture. I heard about Dr Mustafa. He did some assessments and then worked on my neck and shoulder muscles. I started feeling better. He constantly advised posture correction tips and some exercises.
