I am Dr. Dineshkumar Shah, a 76-year-old retired physician. It was a hot period in mid-April '26, right around the time schools were letting out for vacation. I was in good health, but one fine morning, I noticed a bulge in my left lower abdomen. Whenever I applied slight pressure with my palm, the bulge would disappear. There was minimal pain, no stitches on the outer surface of the abdomen, and easy mobility from day one. I am also grateful to the hospital authorities for upgrading my accommodation facility during my stay in the hospital.
