Nine years ago, our lives changed forever. It was one of the most anxious moments any parent can experience. During my wife’s pregnency our baby’s movements had stopped. While everyone around us was hoping things would improve, one doctor recognized that every second mattered. Without hesitation, Dr. Pratibha Singhal made the courageous decision to perform an emergency C-section. That timely decision didn’t just change the course of that day , it gave our daughter the gift of life. Today, after 9 years, our daughter had the opportunity to meet the very doctor who brought her safely into this world. Watching them together was an emotional, full-circle moment that words can barely describe. Some people enter our lives for a reason, but a few become part of our family’s story forever. Doctors like Dr. Pratibha Singhal don’t just deliver babies,they give parents hope, protect dreams, and create countless tomorrows. Dear Dr. Singhal, There are no words that can truly express our gratitude. Thank you for your wisdom, your courage, your compassion, and for making the right decision at the right time. I am Radha Kashyap and Consulting for pregnancy checkup regular basis with Dr. Pratibha mam at Cloud Nine Hospital, Noida location. I would like to highly recommend Dr. Pratibha mam ** * ** ** She give proper time and advice in detail everything regarding what should be do or should not be do while pregnancy and she said "Meri to Dil se Dua hai ki Normal Delivery Ho" hehe:) with smiling... She is very responsive Doctor i have seen in my life as she responds on Mobile as well if you have any concerns, she promptly answer your query and she is herself said personally if you feel any urgency feel free to call me. Which is really great to say for highly experienced doctor. I would share one experience on first visit at cloudnine and there were one injection "TT" advice by Dr. Pratibha Mam and it was not available at cloudnine facility that time, once she came to know it is not available here then she ask me please come to my home address where her clinic is located at sector 20 and i will give that injection there and she dis not charged and immediately give me that injection when we reached there. She is really like Mother who cares alot of her baby/child. My delivery is expected in 2nd week of Jan 2019 and i hope everything will go well with blessing and smiling of Dr. Pratibha Mam:) Thanks Radha

My wife SWETA KASHYAP GARG was having full term pregnancy and was taking antenatal treatment under Dr PRATIBHA SINGHAL of Cloudnine hospital, C 9, Sector 51 Noida since Dec 2018. Her due date of delivery was 8th March 2019. On 8th March itself, she consulted with Dr Pratibha Singhal in the hospital and after check-up she told that parameters of mother and foetus both are quite normal. She further advised for sonography and asked us to wait for two more days and come with reports on 10th March morning at 9.00 AM. During the sonography we were told that amniotic fluid in uterus is less, but nothing is alarming. On 9th March evening at 8pm, she felt the “Labor Pain” so she called the doctor immediately to understand the next step where she was advised to wait for a little longer. However, we decided to move to the hospital as we stay a little far near Pari Chowk, Greater Noida, to avoid any last-minute complications. I, along with my wife and mother-in-law (Rekha Prasad) rushed to the hospital Cloudnine, Noida and reached the hospital at around 9.20 pm. On the way I informed Dr. Pratibha Singhal at 9:03 pm that we are on the way to the hospital. She advised me to go to emergency where someone will be able to address you immediately and she would also reach the hospital shortly. But after reaching the hospital, there was no one to address us and the consulting doctor Dr Pratibha Singhal also was not present. So we immediately moved to the emergency (which they name as “Triage”). We had already made a pre booking in the hospital to ensure everything goes fine and we don’t have to face any problems. In the “Triage” they started the NST to monitor the heartbeat of the baby and the nurse stated to me that the heart beat is normal and nothing to worry. I asked her if she has informed the consulting doctor Dr Pratibha Singhal, to which she replied that she has informed the duty doctor Dr. Ritika Sharma and she is expected any minute. However, she came at 10.10 pm and attended the patient in hurry. During the internal examination itself the amniotic bag was ruptured. She hurriedly went through all the documents kept in my folder. After the internal examination she told me that everything is normal and normal delivery would happen between 4-5 am and labor pain would increase. I asked her again if she has informed Dr.Pratibha Singhal to which she said “yes” and said she would come in sometime. My wife was admitted to the private deluxe room (which was pre-booked with package of Rs 1 lac) and not to Labor room or OT where the NST was not continuously monitored. Around 11.30 pm my wife was having severe distress. Only then some nurse came and told that foetus (baby in uterus) is having severe distress due to loss of amniotic fluid and heart beat was dipped to alarmingly low. At around 12.10 am Dr. Ritika Sharma came and she told that we need to rush to the OT immediately and do a C-Section. I again called Dr Pratibha Singhal who said she will be reaching in another 10-15 mins. I signed all the required documents. At that time it was said that the heart beat was hardly 20 to 30 bpm and the baby was bound to die. Only then hospital staff and Dr Ritika Sharna went in panic mode. They took a lot of time to shift the patient to the OT and the shifting was done in the most unprofessional manner inconveniencing the patient. The OT was not at all prepared for operating on the patient. Ultrasound machine was not present in the OT and was brought from the ground floor room. USG done on the operation table showed absent cardiac activities. The consulting doctor Dr Prathibha Singhal reached after 12:45 am i.e. after a delay of more than 4 hrs. Within 5-10 mins of her reaching, she came out of OT to announce that the heartbeat of the child is lost and still birth will be done through normal delivery. We had immense faith in Dr. PRATIBHA SINGHAL and Cloudnine, Noida hospital based of ratings in various portals. ** ** we lost our baby. My wife’s mental condition has become such that she is not able to speak. Since last three days she is hardly taking any food. I had an unmedicated natural birth, by my choice. I was consulting Prathibha Singhal , as someone told me she is a proponent of natural birth. My labor was short, 5 hours, so you can imagine the intensity of my contractions. I was screaming in pain. I don't know if that is unnatural. Pratibha Singhal and one of her assistants definitely made me feel like it is. I was told stuff like, "pain nai handle Kar sakti toh natural Kyun karne aayi? C-section Kara dete jaldi 20 minutes mein." I was in immense pain, and the cruelty of these two doctors broke my heart. by God's grace I birthed a healthy baby, but then came the second blow. I needed an episiotomy, * ** as I could feel the pain of the stitches while they were doing it. Of course I was jumpy. I don't know if there is anything that can prepare you for this kind of physical pain. An hour later I started hemorrhaging down where the stitch was and Pratibha told my husband it was because I was "uncooperative". * ** ** * * ** ** ** ** ** Pratibha could stoop low enough to tell me, "tu kya subah se chilla ri h," when I was squirming in pain. I didn't have a parent or a friend around when I was delivering. I knew it would be painful, but I was not prepared for the disrespect meted out to me by Pratibha Singhal. I would have paid more had they told me that the package we bought doesn't include kindness respect, and empathy. What could have been the happiest day of my life is marked by these sad memories and I will always remember her unkind and animalistic face, words, and tone.

Here's my story.We had heard a lot about Dr. Singhal and therefore decided to see her. She's least considerate and very rude. She was on phone discussing about her AC installation at home while my wife was in preparatory room. After delivery while she was hospitalized, she called up doctor for atleast one visit which she never did. I wouldn't suggest her especially to new parents. ** **

Doctor is very dismissive in nature, chit chats about other patient with the assistant while consultation is ongoing. if you tell her the symptoms you are facing, she will just dismiss them saying no, it is not possible. and this is after she has delivered our baby. very rude and just shrugs off her responsibility if it get complicated. will be all friendly till there is no major issue. we visited the doctor after 1.5 months of delivering the baby, to consult about the pain at the stitched area. she just said no, it is fine and it is all ok. when asked again, she said probably there is some nerve cut and because of it is happening. on asking, if she is sure, she said not sure. on asking remedies, nothing provided.
