She prescribed tretinoin to me but did not mention how to use and the side effects which can come with it. ** ** Pathetic experience and now I need to pay again to consult with other doctor ** .Do not take consultation from this doctor.

I am glad that Good dermatologist still exists and shes one of them guys. My acne got worse when a doctor recommended me steroids for no reason. But she understood the whole case so well and started the treatment. Its been 3 days now I improvinggg yayyy

Today, Dr Shivanu explained the issue very clearly and listened to my previous medication too (different than my experience with other doctors!). We also had a discussion on call. Moreover, she tried video call twice but due to some software bug or network issue we couldn't connect.She has suggested medicines and I'll purchase them to start. I want to thank her for her time & hope this medication will cure my problem.
