I was incredibly terrified and scared of this procedure regarding copper t removal due to past painful experiences, but Dr. Prasanna Roy and the entire hospital staff were absolutely amazing. The procedure went well and they are not only highly professional but also deeply friendly, always making sure to talk to us and put us completely at ease. They truly prioritize your mental peace alongside excellent clinical care. Their systematic approach, combined with the doctor’s reassuring behavior and the wonderful care from the staff, made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I felt completely safe and cared for. Highly recommended!

When I was 8 months pregnant, my weight was around 100 kg and I was also having high blood pressure. Because of my health condition, another doctor referred me elsewhere. We then visited Dr. Prasanna Roy at Kamala Nursing Home. Dr. Prasanna Roy carefully understood my health condition and advised me to undergo a complete health check-up. I completed all the tests and, thankfully, everything came back normal. He guided me throughout my pregnancy and did not refer me elsewhere. Finally, I had my C-section delivery at Kamala Nursing Home, and the operation was successful. By the grace of God and with the excellent care of Dr. Prasanna Roy and the hospital staff, both my baby and I were safe and healthy, and we happily returned home. I will always be grateful to Dr. Prasanna Roy for his care, guidance, and support during such an important and stressful time in my life. The doctors' dedication and commitment for services to the community and beyond deserve our deepest gratitude and admiration. They deliver their services methodically in combination with care and compassion which is not as easy as it may sound. ** ** ** * ** ** no courtesy, ** ** I went for my pregnancy routine checkup thinking that he would be good based on the reviews but was greatly disappointed by his way of consultation, when I showed my previous reports, he straight away rejected saying that he will not accept these records since it was not done from his clinic (wtf!! ), later when I said that I had problems in my leg, he was least bothered to check that and kept tests ** ** ** He dint even talk properly to my father, he shouted at him for no reasons.

At the time of normal delivery, the main doctor should be present and only under his supervision, compounder, nurses should all activities during delivery. In my case, I found that my consultant doctor was not present at the time my delivery process was going on. I can understand, the doctor's team might be well expert, but after all the main doctor must be present at the moment. Hyeginic practices should be much more taken care of while checking the opening of mouth of vaginal channel etc, the used hand gloves must be avoided, even if it is sterilised. Once it is used, it should not be used again.

I had my delivery on 11th jan 2020 and I just couldnt stop myself from giving this feedback. In the earlier stage of my pregnancy , my scans and monthly checkups were done in Kolkata but had to return back to my hometown,for the delivery. I am sorry to say that I was very much sure that in my place I wouldnt be getting a good doc and a clean hospital or a doc who would be answering all my queries(as did my previous doc). Visiting Dr P.Roy cleared all my confusions and fear. I had csec as my water had already broken but on the very 3rd day I was able to stand and even walk slowly. The hospital is clean and hospital staffs are very helpful. I would highly highly recommend this doc. He is extremely professional and friendly. Thank u so much sir.
