I visited Dr. Shibal Bhartiya again today with my father, Mr. Dinesh Kumar Choudhary, for a follow-up to check the effect of the new medication she had prescribed for his glaucoma. As always, the experience was wonderful, but this time turned out to be much more special than a routine medical visit. Dr. Shibal Bhartiya had organized a beautiful event and invited some of her most critical patients. It was truly heartwarming to see a doctor go beyond her professional responsibilities to bring so much happiness, positivity, and hope into the lives of her patients. We played several games, shared joyful moments, and enjoyed a lovely lunch together. I consulted Dr. Shibal Bhartiya for my eye checkup while on GLP-1 medication for weight management. She did a very thorough retina and optic nerve evaluation including OCT and explained the GLP-1 related eye risks so clearly.
