I visited the doctor on recommendation and found her as per it. She was punctual and best in explaining the situation. She understood the problem in one go.. She clarified all our doubts and above all, i found her very down to earth person who realize that as patient we are worried about the situation and she explained in cool and calm way with all pro and cons. The diagnosis was spot on from day 1 and the communication was extremely clear. She didn't use any unruly doctor jargons to complicate the understanding of my issue.
It was a pleasant experience frankly, my family or myself weren't worried about anything because of how professionally everything was handled by Dr.Kanika Batra Modi. She was nice, understanding & professional.

I visited Dr. Kanika at Max Hospital after hearing excellent feedback from a very close relative, for whom she had successfully performed surgery. Based on those recommendations, I had high expectations for my consultation.
Unfortunately, my personal experience was disappointing. * ** * I had carried all my previous reports and medical history because I was hoping for a detailed discussion about my ongoing gynecological concerns. However, the consultation lasted only about 7 minutes, and my previous reports and history were not reviewed. * * ** ** * * ** ** ** ** ** * ** * ** As a patient who had booked and paid for a consultation, I expected enough time to discuss my medical history and concerns without feeling rushed.
I completely understand that doctors have busy schedules, and I have no doubt that Dr. Kanika is a skilled surgeon, as many patients speak very highly of her. ** * I left feeling that my concerns had not been fully heard or understood.
This review reflects only my personal experience. I sincerely hope future patients have a better consultation experience than I did.
