Dr. Poornima Kasaragod

I visited Dr. Poornima Kasaragod for sciatica pain. She examined me thoroughly and provided a clear rest and exercise plan. The pain improved gradually over 8 to 10 weeks with her treatment. Dr. Poornima was friendly and treated me like family. The clinic was clean, and the staff welcoming. Overall, the treatment was worth the time and cost, and I highly recommend her for Ayurvedic care.

Being from the IT industry and working in the same position for hours and years I developed severe shoulder and back pain. The pain was excruciating and kept me worried as I could not move around much. That’s when I consulted Dr Poornima. First thing is she is very calm and professional, explained everything she did very clearly and this took away half my worry. She took time to explain the cause of the shoulder and back pain which I believe is now very common. She did not rush into getting reports instead she suggested some exercises and change in posture which immediately showed results. Eventually I took the Ayurveda Massage Therapy which helped subside the pain completely. Great Doctor !!!

My mom had severe joint pain that limited her mobility. The conventional allopathy treatment and physiotherapy did not help. Doctors were clueless and we were suggested steroid and strong medicines to treat nerve pain. That’s when I decided to visit Dr Poornima. It’s been six months since our first visit. My mom is now able to walk in society, her pain has gone, she is feeling much better. We are continuing her treatment and would highly recommend anyone suffering from arthritis or joint pain to consult her. She is one of the best ayurvedic doctors in Bangalore.

The rating is purely for the diagnosis ** *inspite of meticulously following the regime advised by the Doctor, plus the initial detox massage (worth 9k) and monthly consultation and medication (2.2 k avg / month) , lost hopes after 4.5 months. My disappointment is not about the medication ** I had absolutely no issues with doctor, she's very approachable, responsive. I only wish the diagnosis was better. Nothing personal, this is a rating forum, don't intend to influence decisions. Just sharing my honest experience .
