The hospital is very Good and Very Professional. The environment and the Doctors and the Staff dealing is very good and polite and respectful. I have gone through Retinal Detachment Surgery by Dr. Amandeep Singh Arora, he is very helpful and very professional and trained doctor. He cleared all our doubts before and after surgery. The Nurses and all the Staff is very good and polite. Also, mentioning the Discharge and Medication document, all the Medicines and Eye drops are very well mentioned and easy to understand and in systematic order. I recommend this Hospital and especially this Doctor to every eye patient and every eye surgery. God Bless this Hospital and give a great success to this Hospital and Dr. Amandeep Singh Arora.

Dr. Amandeep Singh is very humble and, along with his team, personally takes care of patients. The clinic environment is pleasant and comfortable. The wait time was reasonable at 15-20 minutes, and the consultation offered good value for the price. Overall, I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend him to others.

On Friday, 04 September 2026, I visited Arora Eye Care along with my wife for her eye check-up. During our visit, we observed that the waiting system appeared to be highly unfair and inconsistent. ** ** ** ** ** * ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** * * * ** ** ** ** I would sincerely request you to review and improve your appointment and waiting system. A proper token-based system should be introduced so that every patient is attended to according to their token number, while appropriate priority can be given to persons with disabilities, senior citizens, and other eligible categories in a transparent and clearly defined manner. Such a system would ensure fairness, transparency and equal treatment for every patient ** Unfortunately, after this experience, we do not intend to visit Arora Eye Care again, nor would we feel comfortable recommending it to others. However, I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements so that other patients do not have to face a similar experience in the future.
