Dr. Rati Chadha was amazing, especially since I have severe anxiety. She handled everything quickly and effectively. The staff was very sweet and friendly, and overall, the experience was excellent.

, Totally superb and professional on every level. Right from the welcome and treatment plan & explanation of options Dr Rathi and Dr Sabha were precise. They have state of the art technology which makes dentistry feel so easy these days (seamless and painless). Dr Sabha was excellent as an endodontist attending to my root canals excellently. Dr Rathi is an exceptional expert overall supervising and following up on the treatment plan - specialising in extractions and doing my crown work (so perfect which actually which feel great they feel like my normal teeth). She is is a dedicated perfectionist and ensures that everything is done with the labs to her highest satisfaction.. Dr Lydia was excellent on tooth polishing and whitening providing extra comfort and care in the process - so caring and gentle and precise. They are a team that cares 100%. Their daily care and follow is so comforting. The Doctors carefully study the 3D X-rays and try to save natural teeth as much as possible which I appreciate. The treatment plan is focused on what is absolutely necessary and preventative, and provide suggestions for a follow up in 7-8 months. The support staff are so wonderful (Swetha, Ananya, Sanjana, Megha). As a foreigner I will only be becoming back to Dent Heal on an annual basis or sooner. PS: I also had an extraction but I did not have the option to choose above. Dr Rathi and her great group of doctors are so careful about the anatomy of the teeth - given their thorough approach I fully trust everything they recommend. Immaculate Dentistry. ** * ** First of all, she has a keen eye for aesthetics and more importantly, a gentle and patient demeanor to help patients in every which way she can. I needed a crown for a lower prominent tooth and she spent hours personally with me at the lab technician's office to give them feedback to get the tooth as close to a match as possible to my other teeth. No other dentist has ever taken that kind of a personal role in my dental treatment before. I strongly recommend her and I appreciate DentHeal for all of their hard work. Wonderful experience with Dr Rati. I used to be scared of visiting the dentist but she has put me at ease and made the entire treatment very comfortable. I came to her with infections in multiple teeth and the problem had escalated quite a lot. I had to get root canal done for 3 of my rotten teeth and I had imagined it to be harrowing but instead, she made it a very comfortable experience. I’m glad I’ve finally found a reliable and trustworthy dentist in Mumbai. I would strongly recommend Dr. Rati for her expertise, professionalism and empathy towards her patients.

First of all, Thanks to Proacto from where i get to know about Dr. Rati. ** ** * I had a black tooth right at front and matching one front tooth is about the most difficult challenge a dentist faces. But Dr. Rati took all efforts to match the color, shade, contours, and texture so that it will blend in with my natural teeth. She will do everything at its best to give 100% result. I will highly recommend Dr Rati to everyone. Last but not the least she will never make her patient wait, all you have to do is to take an appointment. She is available even on Sunday's for her patients.
