It took me sometime to share the experience. Let me first talk about the problem I had been suffering with for the last 4 years and despite multiple consultations, X-rays, insoles, the pain in both the ankles areas had made it extremely difficult to lead a normal life. An injury during aerobic exercise caused unbearable pain and swelling in the ankle area which became chronic . I lost the count of no’s of consultation and test during the last 4 years and had been using insoles for the last 3 years. Insole became an integral part and the day I forgot to use became a painful one. My normal activities were all impacted severely. Last year during Sep-Oct, I came to know about Dr. Mathur. The last consultation I had taken was before covid and I would be honest, I was too sceptical due to past experiences. It was just another consultation for me with not much expectations. I was wrong. Dr. Mathur isn’t only kind, compassionate and empathetic towards his patients, he is a brilliant doctor. He diagnosed the problem on the very first day accurately and a treatment of 2 months completely obliterated the suffering I had been enduring for the last 4 years. I highly recommend Dr. Hitin Mathur and god bless him!!

I had had a terrible fall and sustained injuries which led to pain and bleeding from my right knee. Since I stay in Noida and visit Max Healthcare Sector 19 frequently, it was obvious that my husband would take me there. I am blessed and fortunate that Dr. Hitin Mathur was the treating orthopaedic on that particular evening. He was patient, positive, and most of all the medicines prescribed were bang on. His confidence speaks volumes. I would highly recommend Dr Mathur to any person requiring orthopaedic help.

My daughter had a knee injury few months back and had been receiving treatment from other orthopedics (not Dr. Mathur) suddenly last late evening she developed excruciating pain. The previous doctors who were treating my child did not respond one had an excuse of being in an OT at 10 PM and the second never bothered to respond. As a helpless parent tried to contact an orthopedic to get my daughters pain addressed , I contacted Dr. Mathur , although it was very late almost 10:15 PM , he was kind enough to accommodate us . He was very keen to understand all the problems , the medication and procedures the child had undertaken. He examined my daughter carefully and meticulously , the positive attitude and empathy that Dr. Mathur showed really touched us. Dr. Mathur took care ,dedicated time , comforted the child and after administering a pain killer injection advised some tests , look forward to seeing him with the diagnostic reports of my daughter.

The staff at Max Healthcare is highly unprofessional and they made me to wait for around an hour from my scheduled appointment. In addition, there is no way to connect Max Noida Sec 19 reception & report section on contact number * ** for delay in reports (Was told about its availability on Max Portal within 1-2 hours after X-ray is done) but even after almost 21 hours there is no sign of report on Max Portal online neither there is a way to contact Max Noida reception or Reports department. Doctor has a very good knowledge of Bunion and he heard about my problems in details and explained about the exact problem & about its treatment.

Dr hiten is a very experienced doctor, he is very polite and also listens to your problems very patiently and very well explains the actual problem and its solution He not only dignose and operate but he makes sure that you go back in the same shape you were in before seeking his help ... its exactly 1 month to my grandmother's hip replacemnt surgery today and she is doing everything she used to do before she fell and broke her leg bone, it seems like it never happened to her at all ..she was in very good hands .

He charged me Rs 3500 for the plaster in leg and Rs 400 for Consultancy. Overall i was charged Rs 3900. The quality of plaster is such poor that it has been even not a week and the bandage used in the plaster has opened 90% by itself. The POP used has cracked to such an extent that i am fully able to move my leg inside. The doctor has advised me to keep the plaster on for 1 week and after that he will gain put on the new plaster. So basically Rs 3500 was for nothing but to fill his pocket. When there is a ligament injury and plaster has to be applied whats the point of putting in the plaster twice. I guess just to make the money. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
