The doctor took very little time for the consultation, hardly a minute, and just checked my mother's heel and gave medicine. He did not explain anything clearly or perform basic checks like BP or sugar. While the medicine helped and my mother is stable, I felt the doctor should spend more time with the patient and do some basic examinations. Overall, I would rate the experience a three out of five and currently would not recommend the doctor to others.
